Our nutrition plans are designed to help anyone who wants to shed unwanted body fat and be happy with what they see in the mirror. Forget about crazy diet plans that leave you hungry and craving the foods you love. This program is designed to help you shed excess body fat while maintaining optimal energy levels and muscle. The average program is six weeks, but shorter and longer programs are also available.

Gaining Weight

At Benchmark Nutrition, we understand the other side of the equation as well. We have worked with individuals that have tried everything to gain weight and were not successful or they were successful but found it difficult to maintain their weight.  You hear this a lot, ‘I wish I had your problem’ referring to someone complaining about not being able to add weight. Well trust us, we’ve worked with these individuals too and they are just as frustrated and beat down as the people who struggle to lose weight. Not knowing what or how much to eat, how often to eat, what type of training program to incorporate; trying to fit meals and snacks into a busy schedule, plus fighting ‘food fatigue’ from having to eat ALL DAY long will wear on a person. We get it.

Before your first session we ask that you fill out our Nutrition Health History form, a 3 Day Food Log (2 weekdays and 1 weekend), and the Lifestyles Quiz (if applicable). For your convenience Benchmark Nutrition has provided an abbreviated version of these forms for you to fill out online.

Once they are completed just click ‘Submit’ and the information will be sent to us and a copy will be sent to your e-mail box as well. We have also provided the forms in pdf format if you would rather print them off and mail them in before your first session. The link to download the forms is at the bottom of each form's page.

NOTE: In order to access the online forms and other online client resources, you will need login or register and set up a free access account.   


Acceptable forms of payment include cash, checks, and online credit or debit cards (through PayPal). Checks can be made out to: Benchmark Nutrition.
